We respect your data!
We are delighted by your interest in our website. The trust of all visitors and customers, the security of your data, and the protection of your privacy are of paramount importance to us. We therefore handle your personal data in accordance with the valid legal data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy. Personal data is information that can be used to identify you, such as your real name, address, or telephone number.
When you view and use our website without registering or explicitly providing us with any other information, we process the data that is transmitted with each request from your browser (see „Log files“ below). If you explicitly provide us with personal data (e.g. via a contact form), this will be processed exclusively for the purpose of the enquiry or the respective order. Please be aware that data transmission over the internet can never be completely protected against third-party access.
Below, we would like to explain in more detail what data we process, when, and for what purpose. It will explain how our services work and how the protection of your personal data is ensured.
- Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Where we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis.
For the processing of personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
If the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR shall be the legal basis.
In cases where the processing of personal data is necessary for the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Article 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child, then Article 6(1)(f) GDPR shall be the legal basis for the processing.
For data transfers to the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, the EU-US Privacy Shield. In this, the Commission certified that the guarantees for the transfer of data to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield comply with data protection standards in the EU. Insofar as we transfer data to the USA, we have indicated our service providers' participation in the EU-US Privacy Shield.

We log your visit to our websites. The following data is processed: Name of the respective webpage accessed, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and version, the operating system you use, the referrer URL (the previously visited website), your IP address, and the requesting provider. The transmission of this data to us is automatic and cannot be attributed to you with reasonable effort. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
- Hosting
As part of hosting, all data to be processed in connection with the operation of this website is stored. This is necessary to enable the website to function. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. - Biscuits
To make your visit to our website attractive and to enable you to use certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device and that store certain information for exchange with our system. Some of the cookies we use are deleted again after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing the browser (transient cookies). These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a unique identifier (session ID). This session ID allows different requests from your browser to be assigned to a common session. This allows your end device to be recognised when you return to our website during a session. Session cookies are also deleted when you log out.
Other cookies remain on your device for a predetermined period and allow us to recognise your browser or device on your next visit (persistent cookies).
