Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, as our studio spaces are limited
Yoga Studio Participation
Please report via our Course plan via Eversports oder per Email We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your class starts, so that you have enough time to relax and familiarise yourself with our facilities.
Online Yoga
We currently do not have an online offering.

What do I need to bring?
At our studio, we have yoga mats, yoga blankets, blocks, cushions, and straps available for you to use free of charge.
If you own your own yoga mat, we are happy to recommend you bring it yourself.
You just need comfortable clothes, and then you're ready to go.
Can I have a shower here?
The Mountainflow Yoga Studio has No showers! Most of our participants come and go in their yoga clothes. However, we have a relatively large bathroom where you can also change and wash.
Are the 10er tickets transferable?
No, all the ticket bundles we offer are non-transferable – they are personalised. However, you can, of course, buy 10-ticket bundles or gift vouchers directly for your loved ones from us.
