For beginners and advanced practitioners! Do something for your changing body, take time for yourself, become mindful – Yoga for pregnancy.
In a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, you can strengthen your body and connect with your baby in your belly. Various asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) of pregnancy yoga relieve typical pregnancy discomforts, bring you closer to yourself and your baby, and help you prepare for birth.
In our 6-week Pregnancy Yoga workshop, you'll learn yoga poses specifically adapted for pregnancy, which will prepare you perfectly for childbirth. From the very beginning, you'll learn to gently attune your body through gentle and strengthening physical exercises with conscious breathing. At the same time, you'll discover methods to reduce muscle tension, back pain, and stress. Breathing and relaxation exercises that you'll learn with us are proven to have a harmonising and nerve-strengthening effect, so you'll feel completely well and relaxed after the class.

In our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, you'll connect movement with your breath. You'll flow through slower and faster sequences, learning more about your body, your limits, and the essence of yoga. This class is also perfectly suited for (mountain) athletes and sports enthusiasts. The idea is to address aspects that athletes often neglect in their training. Primarily, physical and mental flexibility and relaxation are the focus here. You can expect practice sequences with a focus on asanas (poses) that make your muscles more flexible and supple.

Our Power Yoga class is designed for you to build strength in your body and resilience in your mind. Whether you're a yoga beginner or an expert, this dynamic class with Lisa will offer you a physical challenge while bringing your racing thoughts to a halt. Power Yoga isn't about ego, ambition, pressure, or competitiveness, but about meeting everyone exactly where they are and then letting them go their own way.

Our **Gentle Yoga** class is suitable for anyone who wishes to practice yoga gently, and/or who has physical limitations. It is particularly well-suited for beginners and older adults.
Mindful postures (asanas) help you develop a good, healthy relationship with your own body. Even with any physical limitations, you will learn to (re)discover the joy of your own body through conscious movements.

Suffering from back pain, knee pain, neck pain, shoulder pain? Our "Yoga for Back & Co." course is a specially developed combination of sports therapy elements and yoga exercises. The focus is on the correct alignment of your poses and the targeted sports therapeutic strengthening of the required muscles. Combined with breathing and relaxation, the sports therapy approaches are optimally complemented. This will improve your ailments and, of course, you will also benefit from the many advantages that your regular yoga practice offers. Ideally suited for beginner and advanced yogis.

Do you want to start yoga? Would you like to get back into it after a break? Or have you been practising for a long time but love the calm and precise execution of your yoga practice just as much as we do? Perfect.
Hatha Flow combines the elements of Hatha Yoga with a gentle dynamism. The asanas are practised with flowing transitions and linked to the breath.
The individual asanas (body exercises) flow seamlessly into one another; in some asanas, you linger for a few breaths, becoming aware of the posture and alignment, before moving attentively and mindfully into the next pose.
The yoga practice begins with a dynamic, active part and ends with passive, restorative poses that help us to completely let go and arrive at ourselves.

Sivananda Yoga is a very classic Hatha Yoga, which aims to bring about a calm balance of body and mind through a combination of flowing sun salutations, held poses, relaxation, and breathing exercises. The Asanas (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) can bring energy to the body and mind, or calm them down after a lot of stress. At the same time, we pay attention to conscious execution in order to move the body lovingly without pain.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative yoga practice, where movements are performed slowly and calmly, and poses are held passively for several minutes with little to no muscle tension. Poses are mostly performed sitting or lying down and are supported by various props such as blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, or sandbags. Holding poses for extended periods and using props can help the body release degenerations and hardening in connective, fascial, and ligamentous tissues that may have arisen from a lack of movement. We mobilise the joints and stimulate and calm the nervous system. Yin Yoga benefits not only the body but also teaches the mind that it is not about performance, but about letting go on all levels.
